Your own entries, verified against the monthly statement
Etsy, eBay and Amazon fees are matched to the real orders they belong to, and the ad budget/spend you enter is checked against the platform's own monthly statement — with a tolerance, a difference and a direct link to the source. Amazon is tracked marketplace country by marketplace country, USA through UAE, because that is how its ad console budgets.
- ◆Amazon budget & spend split by 12 marketplace countries
- ◆Entered vs statement, with the exact difference shown
- ◆Missing statement = visible, never silently "matched"
- ◆Store expense report built from matched fees, not a 25% guess
Store Ad Spend · Reconcile
✓ MatchedIllustrative layout of the real Reconcile tab — entered spend against the imported statement, one row per store and Amazon country.

From an order landing to a closed month
One continuous path — no re-typing a number from a sheet into an invoice, and no month-end archaeology.
- 01
Order lands
Entered by hand, imported in bulk, or synced from the marketplace — PO/RF/RG numbering and the duplicate check are automatic.
- 02
Stock & documents
Raw material in/out against Chalan numbers, credit notes, purchase bills and duty bills filed against the order it belongs to.
- 03
Booked and shipped
Real AWB and label from the courier, packages recorded per shipment, freight estimated against the rate card before you commit.
- 04
Tracked to the door
Carrier events land on the order continuously, so "where is it" never needs a phone call to the courier.
- 05

Etsy, eBay and Amazon fees matched to real orders, and ad budget/spend verified against the monthly statement — including Amazon marketplace country by country.
- 06
Approved, paid, banked
L1/L2 bill approvals, party wallet and advances settled, then the bank and card statement matched by UTR, reference or payout.
- 07
People paid, numbers closed
Attendance and leave feed payroll with PF/ESI/PT; the P&L, reports suite and audit log close the month.
Access control, audit and backup — not an afterthought
This system runs a real export business: salaries, bills and bank statements. Its guardrails are part of the design.
Capability-based access
Every screen and server action is gated on a role capability re-checked on the server — never trusted from the browser.
Row-level security
Row-level policies on the newer tables, with privileged reads deliberately routed through capability-checked server code.
Two-factor sign-in
Per-account TOTP: an enrolled login is challenged for its second factor before any dashboard page renders.
Company & store scoping
Data is scoped to the companies and stores a login may act for — including temporary coverage grants that expire on their own.
Audit trail
Order status changes and deletions of bills, expenses and shipments are recorded with who and when.
Your data, exported
One-click backup export of every order and generated invoice field, plus per-screen Excel/CSV/PDF exports everywhere.
Framework
Next.js 16 · React 19 · TypeScript
Database
Postgres (Supabase) with RLS
Styling
Tailwind CSS v4, themeable per company
Automation
Scheduled sync + carrier polling jobs
Three businesses, one operations team
Nyko Mart, Rugara and CASA ARRA run side by side on the same system — company scoping keeps their data apart, one login keeps the team fast.

Nyko Mart
Order entry, courier booking, stock & documents

Rugara
Marketplaces, ad spend & statement reconciliation

CASA ARRA
B2B export pipeline, production & shipments
